It is your responsibility to check local laws and regulations before ordering.

3. Animal Health & Care

We guarantee that each spider is:

  • Healthy at the time of shipping

  • Properly housed and cared for before shipment

  • Packed using industry-standard live-animal shipping procedures

Once the animal arrives and is in your possession, you assume responsibility for its health and care.

4. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

A Live Arrival Guarantee applies only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Someone is present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt

  2. You provide unboxing video proof within 2 hours of delivery

  3. Temperatures at both shipping and receiving locations are between [insert safe temperature range]

  4. You chose a shipping method approved for live animals

If the LAG conditions are met and the spider arrives deceased, we will issue store credit or a replacement (availability permitting).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Policies

  • You assume all risks associated with owning and caring for a live invertebrate

  • We are not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damage caused by the animal
